WHAT IS PRESSURE WASHING?
Pressure washing or Jet washing, is the process of using controlled high-pressure water to remove dirt, moss and other debris from external areas such as driveways, patios, decking, walls and more.
This process means that the use of harmful chemicals is generally not needed. If we do come across areas that are difficult to clean due to natural organic growth such as lichen moss and other organisms we may need to use a stronger chemical product called Sodium Hypochlorite, but for Clean2Clear communication is key, we will always discuss this with you first, provide you with details of the chemical and confirm if you wish for us to use the product. Roof Cleaning
Clean2Clear also offer a roof cleaning service. As unusual as this sounds many properties can be plagued with unwanted moss growth. Apart from looking unsightly it can also result in, gutters becoming blocked, patios and driveways becoming messy and an attraction for birds. Clean2clear have two methods which can be used to remove moss, this can be scraping or low pressure washing, your specific needs and property roof type will determine which method will be most beneficial. Following this we can also provide a biocide treatment. The purpose of the treatment is to kill off any remaining moss spores and to prevent new moss growth in the future.
